I saw a futurist recently recap a conversation she had at Davos with a room full of CFOs. She asked them, "What is the second most dominant currency in the world?"
Not one of them got it right.
The answer might make you think about a lot of things -- such as marketing, product offers and pricing, and even employee incentives.
